作为脑活跃指标的血氧变化，也就是脱氧血红蛋白浓度变化，可以使用不同波长的金红外光来进行测量，LIGHTNIRS采用三波长测量增加测量数据并降低干扰数据，从而得到更加稳定的数据结果。
